 |  | The Cadastral Preliminary Enquiries service provides to the users information which can be found at Land Registries, and this information consists of the following factors:
1. Deeds of record, registration, notes filed at the Registries;
2. Real estates (lands and/or buildings), together with any encumbrances (mortgages, etc.) to be found at Registries and the production engineering departments of the Inland Revenue.
3. Personal data regarding the people whose filed deeds or assets refer to.
