| | This information can be found at every Chamber of Commerce in Italy and it is collected by Infocamere, the consortium company of the Chambers of Commerce. The information regards the business registration data, the shareholders' identity and their stocks/shares.
• The Company Set-up - Company Schedule Service allows to know the set-up of Limited Liability Companies, unquoted Joint-stock Companies or Limited Partnerships in which the interests of limited partners are represented by shares.
It provides the analythic list of representatives holding shares or stocks in these companies, in order to verify the acquisition policy and all interests of a person, company or group.
| | • This information is taken from the SHAREHOLDERS Register, a database established in 1994 and managed through the information technology by Infocamere. Infocamere holds the shareholders' list, the list of other holders of rights and their shares, which are yearly declared by the company at the moment when it has to show its balance sheet at the Register of Companies office in the competent Chamber of Commerce.
The law 310/93, “Rules for the clearness in transfering shareholdings, commercial activities and land properties” provides that the balance sheet (approved by the shareholders' meeting, the shareholders' list and the list of other holders of rights to shares) must be filed at the Register of Companies office. Besides, the law provides that, in case of shares transfer, the limited liability companies have to file the deed of shares transfer at the Register of Companies within 30 days. |
