 | | The information regarding the Representatives who can put their signature or hold a business office in enterprises are taken from the Register of Companies, which have been established by the law n. 580/1993 and by the following D.P.R. N. 581/1995 at the Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Craftswork and Agriculture (C.C.I.A.A.). The Register of Companies contains the public data of all dealers, who are obliged by the law to be registered in:
• The Business Offices Service allows to make investigations and verifications on an inquired person in the businesses where he/she holds offices.

• The “Business Office” is an output taken from the Register of Companies. This output contains information regarding the people who hold offices at least in one of the enterprises obliged by the law to be registered in the Register of Companies. Therefore, the “Business Office” provides with an information schedule including: personal data of the person, the data of the enterprise where he/she acts and his/her office, (out of about 8 million positions which are costantly updated by the competent Chamber of Commerce on the relevant land).
