 | | The Displayed Balance Sheet is a database recently established and managed through the information technology by Infocamere, the consortium company of the Chambers of Commerce, which holds the balances regarding the enterprises registered at the Register of Companies in the Chamber of Commerce. The Registers of Companies have been established by the law 580/93, according to the terms of the section 2188 C.C. (Civil Code), and they have been completely established thanks to the Regulations n. 581/95.
• Through the Displayed Balance Sheet Service, the user is able to estimate more precisely the asset and liability statement and the profits of a business. The balance sheets documents are necessary to the revision of the accounting data and they are the basis for an estimation of business performances. They allow to make an economic-financial analysis, an analysis of rival firms, verifications of customers' and suppliers' reliability, marketing activity.

• The Displayed Balance Sheet contains recorded documents of companies' balance sheets concerning the latest 4 years. Such companies are obliged every year to file their balance sheet at the Register of Companies office in the competent Chamber of Commerce of the province where the registered office of the company is settled. Since the Displayed Balance Sheet is like the original of the filed document, it has a legal value updated. |
