The (Ordinary/Historical) preliminary enquiries of the Register of Companies is the new chamber document which replaces, according to the terms of law, the Chamber Preliminary Enquiries. From 30/06/1998 the Chamber Preliminary Enquiries have the only value of public news, according to the Italian regulations DPR n. 581/1995. The preliminary enquiries of the Register of Companies are useful to find immediately the basic information about the legal status, the working activity, the registered office, the representatives, the employees etc. of an inquired enterprise. | | The preliminary enquiries of the Register of Companies can be: - Ordinary, which includes all data collected in the Register of Companies file (excluding deeds recording and historical information); - Historical, which, in addition to the contents of the Ordinary Preliminary Enquiries, includes also deeds recording, the historical information taken from the Register of the Chamber of Commerce and those ones following the registration in the Register of Companies. This fact enables the user to find easily and quickly the required information, which can be found in the new more organized chamber documents, whose information is logically well-structured. |
